Gibson single-side cat-back exhaust for 2014–2018 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali 5.3L is a stainless cat-back system built to improve acceleration, towing and passing power while keeping cabin noise subdued and routing exhaust behind the rear tire. Dyno-verified low-end gains are reported in the 18–21 hp and 20–22 lb‑ft range.
