Gibson single-side cat-back exhaust for 2007–2011 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali 6.2L is a stainless cat-back system that improves acceleration, hill-climbing and towing power, exiting behind the rear tire while reducing in-cab noise and sharpening low-end response.
