Gibson single-side cat-back exhaust for 2007–2009 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE 5.3L is a stainless cat-back system that improves acceleration, hill-climbing, towing and passing power while exiting behind the rear tire and reducing in-cab noise. It’s tuned to boost low-end torque and drivability. Dyno testing shows typical gains of 10–15 hp and 15–20 lb‑ft at 1,800–3,000 RPM.
