The COMP Cams Sportsman stainless steel intake valve set for BBC applications includes eight intake valves with 2.250" diameter and 11/32" stems plus .250" length. Forged from 21-4N high-strength steel with 50 HRc hardened tips, these valves eliminate the need for lash caps and use chrome-plated stems with oil-retention surfacing. Swirl-polished fillets and high-flow underhead machining increase flow and resistance to radial cracking for various lifter types.
