The COMP Cams ID spring locator seat is a hardened-steel inner shoulder locator that centers the spring and protects the cylinder head and shim under high spring pressures and RPM. Offering an alternative to outside-retaining cup seats, the inboard locating design reduces head machining. The 4869 variant features a 1.350" outside diameter and a 0.515" inside diameter for precise fitment.
