The COMP Cams ID spring locator centers and secures valve springs intended for 26120 applications, providing a reliable seat that reduces spring movement. It uses an inboard locating shoulder to properly position the spring cup and keep the assembly stable during operation. Made from hardened steel, the 4697-style seat has a 1.510" OD and fits COMP 26120, 26055 and 26056 beehive springs in .630" guide applications.
