The COMP Positive Stop PTFE valve seals are designed for 5/16" valve stems and .530" OD guides, with a .630" outer diameter to provide extra clearance in dual-spring applications. They offer improved sealing compared with some larger umbrella-style seals and are intended for use where tighter control of oil migration past the valve guide is required while retaining compatibility with standard retainers.
