The COMP Cams single hardened lash cap is a precision-machined valve tip cap for a 5/16" stem with a .190" head height and .080" thickness. Built to protect valve tips in high-RPM, aggressive cam profiles, it is ground flat to preserve valve-train adjustment and is easy to install and remove. Use where concentrated tip protection is required, such as on titanium valves or race engines.
