It is black-oxide coated and heat-treated, OD-ground for consistent diameter, and laser-etched with length and part number for identification. The 210° tip radius and a 37% stiffness increase versus .080" wall Hi-Tech pushrods make it suited to applications requiring more load-bearing capacity.
