The COMP Cams Hi-Tech 5/16" pushrod is a one-piece chromemoly rod engineered for race-caliber valve trains, resisting bending and tip failure while matching the frequency of adjacent components at high rpm to maintain consistent valve timing and actuation. Built from seamless .080" wall chromemoly, heat-treated and OD-ground for uniformity. Precision-formed ends strengthen the critical tip area, black-oxide finish, and the 9.100" length is laser-etched for identification.
