The JE Pistons forged piston kit for GM LS applications is an oversize set of eight pistons with 4.080 in. bore and a 9.7 cc asymmetrical FSR dome, offered at .015 in. oversize for LS3 builds. Made in the USA from 2618 aluminum, these pistons use JE’s Forged Side Relief forging, accumulator grooves where applicable, and optional skirt coatings to reduce friction and improve ring seal for demanding performance use.
