The JE forged eight-cylinder piston kit for 454 big-block Chevrolet applications is a flat-top option sized for high-displacement builds. Forged and finished in the USA from 2618 aluminum, these pistons are set for a 4.600 in. bore and 1.120" pin sizing with a -3.0 cc volume. JE's Forged Side Relief forging lowers friction and skirt width; accumulator groove and skirt coating options improve ring control and reduce wear in boosted or high-load engines.
