The JE Pistons forged BBC eight-cylinder piston set with a 4.280 in. bore and a .515 dome (40.0 cc) delivers a precision-forged option for domestic engine projects. Made in the USA from 2618 aluminum, JE's Forged Side Relief forging reduces skirt drag and saves weight. When specified, accumulator grooves and skirt coatings reduce ring flutter and friction, aiding consistent ring seal and longer service life.
