The JE Pistons BBC .475 dome piston kit is a matched set of eight forged pistons tailored for Big Block Chevrolet applications. Forged in the USA from 2618 aluminum, these pistons use JE's Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging to reduce skirt width and friction; many applications include accumulator grooves and skirt coatings to enhance ring seal and reduce wear. Specified for a 4.560 in. bore with a 1.120 in. dome (40.0 cc).
