The JE Pistons BBC .565 dome piston kit is a set of eight forged pistons for Big Block Chevrolet applications and nitrous use. Forged from 2618 aluminum and made in the USA, these pistons use JE's Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging to reduce skirt width and friction; many applications include an accumulator groove and skirt coating to improve ring seal and reduce wear. Specified for a 4.280 in. bore with a 1.120 in. dome (44.0 cc).
