The JE Pistons 400 SBC dome 18° eight‑piston kit is a forged performance package for 400ci small‑block Chevrolet engines. Forged in the USA from 2618 aluminum and finished to a 4.125 in. bore with a larger 3.50 cc dome, it employs JE’s FSR forging to reduce skirt width and friction while saving weight. Accumulator groove and optional skirt coating help control combustion pressure effects, improving ring seal and reducing wear and noise.
