Forged and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum to a 4.135 in. bore with a 2.50 cc dome, the FSR forging minimizes friction and skirt width to save weight. Features such as an accumulator groove and optional skirt coating improve ring seal, reduce wear and lower operating noise for consistent performance.
