JE's forged piston kit for 400 SBC provides eight .305" dome, flat-top pistons built for a 4.130 in. bore, 1.125 in. compression distance and 10.8 cc dome volume. Made in the USA from 2618 aluminum, the pistons use JE's Forged Side Relief process, optional accumulator grooves and skirt coatings to lower friction, improve ring seal and deliver reliable durability for racing and high-output domestic V8 engines.
