JE Pistons forged eight‑piston kit for 400 small‑block Chevy (SBC) engines. Flat‑top pistons with a 4.155 in. bore, 1.125" compression distance and -5.0 cc crown volume provide a controlled chamber for larger SBC displacements. Forged from 2618 aluminum in the USA, the design uses JE's Forged Side Relief to reduce friction and weight; accumulator grooves and skirt coatings are applied where needed to improve ring seal and reduce wear.
