JE Pistons forged eight‑cylinder piston kit for SBC applications, specified with a 4.030 in. bore, 1.250 compression height and -5.0 cc volume. It’s intended for high‑demand domestic engines and race builds requiring matched piston sets. Manufactured in the USA from 2618 aluminum, JE’s Forged Side Relief (FSR) forging reduces skirt width and friction. Where applicable these pistons include an accumulator groove and skirt coating to improve ring seal and limit wear under sustained use.
