JE Pistons forged 8-cylinder piston kit with a 4.030 in. bore, 1.175 in. CD and a -5.0 cc dish for specific small-block Ford combinations. Made in the USA from 2618 aluminum and engineered per application, these pistons use JE's Forged Side Relief (FSR) to cut skirt width and friction. Kits may include an accumulator groove and skirt coating where appropriate to improve ring control, reduce wear and dampen operating noise.
