JE Pistons forged 8-cylinder piston kit with a 3.796 in. bore, 1.560 in. CD and a -5.0 cc dish for custom domestic engines. Manufactured in the USA from 2618 aluminum and matched to application needs, these pistons use JE's Forged Side Relief (FSR) to cut skirt width and friction. Depending on application, an accumulator groove and skirt coating are available to improve ring seal, reduce flutter and lower wear and operating noise.
