JE Ultra Series forged pistons for the Subaru EJ205 are a set of four 92mm bore inverted dome/dish pistons with 8.5:1 compression, built for high-RPM and power-adder environments. Ultra Series uses JE’s Aligned Grain Flow forging, thermal barrier crown and skirt coatings, lateral gas ports and enhanced pin oiling, plus thick-wall wrist pins to maintain strength and ring seal under heavy loads.
