The JE Pistons VW 1.8T 20V piston kit is a forged four-cylinder package for 1.8T 20-valve engines, machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum. Specified for a 3.228 in. bore with 20mm pin and 8.50:1 compression, the inverted dome/dish profile balances combustion volume and piston strength. JE’s FSR forging technique reduces skirt friction while included wrist pins, locks and JE Pro Seal rings support consistent ring seal and durability.
