JE piston ring set for eight-cylinder use is a file-fit pack that enhances combustion sealing to support higher output and reduced internal friction. It contains a 0.0472 in carbon steel nitride top ring, a 0.0591 in iron phosphate second ring and a 0.1181 in carbon steel chrome standard-tension oil ring. JE provides custom finishing options—back cutting, dyke cutting, lapping, grinding and PVD coating—to improve durability and ring seal.
