The J&L 3.0 oil separator for the 2020–2022 Ford Mustang GT500 is a billet aluminum, passenger-side unit that traps oil vapors before they reach the intake. Its multistage filter uses a stainless mesh and an aluminum honeycomb to collect fine vapors, allowing them to condense and drain into a removable 3 oz reservoir. Quick-connect PCV fittings and a knurled drain base simplify maintenance; drain every 2,000–3,000 miles as recommended.
