The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 for the passenger side of 2015–2017 Ford Expedition 3.5L EcoBoost reduces oil vapor and moisture routed back into the intake by collecting condensate before it reaches intake runners. It’s intended to keep oil out of the inlet tract on boosted engines. Milled from solid billet aluminum with a knurled removable base and O‑ring seal, the multistage stainless mesh and honeycomb filter drops captured oil into a 3 oz reservoir; quick‑connect PCV fittings simplify installation and the unit should be drained every 2,000–3,000 miles.
