The J&L 3.0 passenger-side oil separator for 1986–1993 Ford Mustang 5.0 302 is a billet-aluminum crankcase vapor separator that traps oil vapors before they reach the intake. It uses a multistage stainless-steel mesh and an aluminum honeycomb filter to collect condensate into a removable 3 oz tank with an O-ring seal and knurled base for draining; J&L recommends draining every 2,000–3,000 miles.
