The J&L 3.0 passenger-side oil separator is a billet-aluminum catch can that traps crankcase oil vapors before they contaminate the intake, helping preserve fuel quality and intake cleanliness for 2021–2026 Ford F-150 3.5L PowerBoost and 2022–2026 Ford Expedition 3.5L EcoBoost applications. Milled from solid billet with quick-connect PCV fittings, it uses a fine stainless mesh and a 1/16" aluminum honeycomb stage to coalesce droplets into a removable 3 oz reservoir sealed by an O-ring; drain every 2,000–3,000 miles.
