J&L Oil Separator 3.0, passenger side (black anodized) captures oil vapors before they reach the intake on 2011–2025 F-150 models with 2.7L, 3.5L and 5.0L engines and certain Expedition and EcoBoost variants. The billet aluminum body uses a fine mesh screen and aluminum honeycomb stage to coalesce vapors into liquid that gathers in the removable 3 oz reservoir. Quick-connect fittings, knurled base and O-ring seal simplify maintenance.
