This Gates oil filler cap is a replacement cap listed to fit Mazda MX-5 Miata models from 1990–2005 and select Hyundai Veloster (2012) or Genesis (2009–2012) applications as noted. It provides the basic sealing function for the engine oil fill opening and is intended for direct replacement when the original cap is lost, damaged, or no longer seals properly.
