The Edelbrock Torker II intake manifold for Chevrolet small-block 262–400ci V8s is a low-rise, single-plane style aimed at delivering top-end power while fitting engines with limited hood clearance. Its tuning improves throttle response and higher-rpm performance for street or strip projects. The manifold includes an exhaust crossover for easier cold starts, has no provisions for exhaust-heated chokes or EGR, requires manual or electric choke carburetors, and accepts late-model water neck, A/C, alternator and H.E.I. components for 1955–1986 small-block Chevy applications.
