Fleece Performance Freedom Series remanufactured cylinder head for 6.6L Duramax LBZ/LMM (2006–2010) driver side. Each head is produced in Fleece’s Freedom Racing Engine shop, pressure and leak tested, and equipped with new valve guides, springs, and seals. Stock valves are precision ground at a 45° angle and receive a multi-angle valve job. The unit carries a one-year limited parts warranty and is offered with no core charge.
