Cometic MLS head gasket for Yamaha applications (83mm bore, .023") fits Yamaha FZ-07 (2015–2017), MT-07 (2018–2021), Tenere (2021+), XSR700 (2018–2021) and YZFR7 (2022) models. Its multi-layer steel construction uses embossed AMP-coated outer layers with an uncoated stainless steel shim center to address harsh sealing environments and varied surface finishes. The design requires less clamp load and helps distribute load across the sealing area for consistent head sealing.
