Cometic MLS cylinder head gasket for GM LSX Gen-4 small block V8, .036 in thickness with a 4.185 in bore for the LHS cylinder; for 18-bolt head applications. The gasket seals without sealants between aluminum heads and aluminum or cast-iron blocks.
