Cometic MLS head gasket for GM LSX Gen‑4 small block V8 with a 4.125" bore and nominal .056 in thickness, left-hand side for 18-bolt heads. It provides a no-sealant sealing solution for aluminum head combinations with aluminum or cast-iron blocks.
