Cometic's MLX head gasket for 2003–2006 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L with 96mm bore and .067" nominal thickness includes 18mm dowels and provides a direct replacement sealing solution. This multi-layer steel (MLS) gasket is built for high-output diesel applications. Multiple embossed stainless steel layers with Viton-coated outer faces create rebound and corrosion resistance; compressed operating thickness is 0.098". The MLS design seals without sealants and includes an integrated stopper layer for combustion chamber sealing.
