This Cometic MLS head gasket is specified for Ford 302/351W Windsor V8 applications with a 4.155" bore and .070" compressed operating thickness. Constructed from multiple embossed stainless steel layers with Viton-coated outer faces, the MLS design offers rebound and corrosion resistance without sealants and can mate aluminum heads to aluminum or cast-iron blocks. The center shim layer is uncoated stainless steel to accommodate thickness requirements.
