The Cometic MLS head gasket for Chrysler 5.7L Gen‑3 Hemi is a multi-layer stainless steel cylinder head gasket with a 3.950" bore and .140" compressed thickness, left-hand bank fit. Embossed outer layers are coated with Viton on both sides for heat resistance to 250°C (482°F). The uncoated stainless shim layer allows thickness variation, which lowers clamp load requirements and helps conform load distribution across the sealing area.
