The Cometic MLS head gasket for Chrysler 5.7L Gen‑3 Hemi is a multi-layer stainless steel cylinder head gasket with a 3.950" bore and .140" compressed thickness, right-hand bank fit. Embossed outer layers are coated on both sides with Viton, heat resistant to 250°C (482°F). A central uncoated stainless shim layer permits thickness variation, reduces required clamp load and helps distribute sealing load to limit bore distortion.
