The Cometic MLS head gasket for Chrysler B/RB V8 applications is a .038" cylinder head gasket with a 4.350" bore that seals without sealants. Built from multiple embossed stainless layers, the outer faces are Viton-coated to resist heat and corrosion to 250°C (482°F). The center uncoated shim layer permits thickness tuning, reduces required clamp load and helps maintain uniform load distribution across the sealing surface.
