Cometic MLS head gasket for Chevrolet Gen-1 Small Block V8, 4.125 in bore with a compressed operating thickness of 0.045". It provides multi-layer stainless steel sealing for high-output engines and requires no sealants. The gasket uses embossed outer stainless layers coated with Viton and an uncoated center shim that can be varied for thickness. Suitable for aluminum-to-aluminum or aluminum-to-cast-iron installations and noted for use with Brodix 12–23° heads.
