This .120" compressed thickness and 4.540" bore is supplied for high-output applications and installs without sealants. Outer embossed stainless layers are coated on both sides with Viton for heat resistance to 250°C (482°F). The uncoated shim layer can be varied for thickness needs while improving clamp load distribution and reducing bore distortion.
