This .089" compressed thickness with a 4.540" bore is intended for sealant-free installation in high-output applications. Embossed outer layers are coated both sides with Viton for heat resistance to 250°C (482°F). The uncoated shim layer can be varied to match thickness needs while improving clamp load distribution and reducing bore distortion.
