This Cometic .066" MLS cylinder head gasket is made for GM LS Gen-3/4 small block V8 engines with a 4.160" bore and employs HP shim technology to increase clamping load around the combustion chamber for improved sealability. MLS construction uses multiple embossed layers of AMP coating and stainless steel. The gasket requires less clamp load, helps distribute sealing forces across the area and is coated on both sides with Viton for enhanced sealing performance.
