The Cometic MLS head gasket for 1992–1997 Subaru SVX EG33 (102.1mm bore) is a multi-layer steel gasket with a compressed operating thickness of 0.066" designed to provide high sealing performance without sealants. Its embossed outer layers are coated with Viton for heat and chemical resistance. A stainless steel shim center layer adapts thickness requirements; the MLS design reduces clamp load and conforms load distribution across the sealing area.
