Cometic’s MLS head gasket for Toyota 4A-GE/4A-GEZ is a .060" compressed-thickness multi-layer steel gasket with an 83mm bore for 16-valve applications. It uses multiple embossed stainless-steel layers with outer layers coated in Viton for heat and chemical resistance up to 250°C (482°F). MLS construction provides rebound, corrosion resistance and robust sealing for aluminum heads to aluminum or cast-iron blocks without the need for sealants.
