This Cometic MLX head gasket is made for GM LB7/LLY/LBZ/LMM/LGH/LML Duramax engines with a 4.130 in. bore and .062 in. thickness, left-hand side. MLX construction uses HP shim technology to increase clamp load around the combustion chamber and an integrated stopper layer for enhanced sealing. Outer layers are embossed and coated with Viton for improved sealing characteristics.
