The Edelbrock guide plate is a stepped pushrod guide made from high‑grade alloy steel hardened to 60 Rockwell C. Supplied in sets of eight for big‑block Chevy (BBC) applications, these plates support pushrods closer to the rocker arms to stabilize them and curb lateral movement. They’re intended for use during valvetrain rebuilds or refreshes to restore alignment and reduce wear.
