The Cometic AFM cover gasket for 2006-2017 Suzuki GSX-R600 uses a .032-inch AFM profile to seal cover areas subject to higher clamp loads and cylinder pressures. AFM is a chemically blown, compounded nitrile synthetic rubber bonded to an aluminum core and is made in the USA. It delivers about 85% recovery, withstands temperatures above 205°F, and generally does not require sealants or re-torquing.
